Carter has started giggling more consistently. Joe can get him giggling holding him up in the air like in the video and he giggles for me when I ask him "how'd you get so cute?!" and then nuzzle his belly. Just when we thought he couldn't get any cuter he starts giggling at us. We're totally smitten.
